Delivery destinations

We ship to mainland France and Monaco, the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, selected French overseas territories and the other destinations listed below.

Mainland France & Monaco

International & French overseas delivery

Shipping fees depend on the total weight of your order. The following rates apply before any free-shipping threshold is reached.

Zone 1: Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin and Saint Pierre and Miquelon.

Zone 2: New Caledonia, French Polynesia and Wallis and Futuna.

*Other supported destinations: Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand and Singapore.

Free shipping

Shipping fees depend on your delivery address, order weight and order value. The exact amount and available delivery options are shown before payment. The international weight-based rates above cover orders weighing up to 3 kg.

Order preparation

Orders placed Monday to Friday are prepared the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared on the next working day.

Estimated delivery times

The following delivery times are provided by our carrier and run from the date the parcel is handed over to them. They are estimates expressed in working days.

In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, we undertake in all cases to deliver your order within a maximum of thirty days from the date the contract is concluded.

Carrier & tracking

Orders are shipped using Colissimo tracked delivery. An email containing your tracking number is sent once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Packaging

Each bottle is shipped sealed, in plain outer packaging that does not identify its contents.

If you are unavailable for delivery

If you are unavailable, the carrier will leave a delivery notice and make your parcel available at the collection point indicated. The collection period is specified on the notice.

If your parcel is not collected within that period, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a new shipment, at your expense.

Incomplete or incorrect address

Please check that your delivery address is correct before confirming your order. If a parcel is returned because the address is incorrect, the cost of reshipping it is your responsibility.

Damaged or lost parcels

Responsibility for the parcel passes to you upon physical receipt. Any parcel lost or damaged in transit therefore remains our responsibility.

Please check the condition of your parcel upon delivery. If there is visible damage, report it to the carrier and contact us at contact@maisonrihla.com. We will open an investigation and arrange a replacement or refund.

Customs duties & import taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or handling fees may be charged on arrival by the authorities in the destination country.

These charges are your responsibility and are additional to the cost of your order. We cannot predict or cover them.

If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel is returned, any reshipping costs are your responsibility.
